To be eligible for the 2013 Los Angeles Student Film Festival, please download, complete and save the official submission form.

All submission forms must be received via e-mail at Hrag.Yedalian@lacity.org by WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. (attach PDF file to your email).

Before submitting, please review the festival guidelines and remember to include a link to your film (which should be uploaded as an "unlisted video" on YouTube.com)
